Services Event Management Thorough planning before an event is essential to ensure it runs smoothly and achieves your objectives.  Our professional event managers can assist you in this process as much or as little as you require.  We have extensive contacts within the industry and can incorporate the resources and expertise of specialist providers, depending on your needs.  We can also assist you in the creative process, helping with ideas for themes, room decorations and the like, and make recommendations on the equipment, catering and staff you're likely to need to ensure a successful event.

Technical Production Our production team have extensive experience in the set up of events, including the implementation and/or operation of sound systems, lighting, projectors & screens, computers, video equipment, staging, display structures, dance floors etc. The Centre owns a range of equipment that can be incorporated into your hire package.  Some events may require the services of specialist contractors.  In such instances we can supply you with contacts for reputable companies, or liaise with them on your behalf.

Catering The Centre’s experienced catering team can provide everything from morning tea for 20, through to a seated banquet for 550.  You can choose from a selection of standard menus or work with our Catering Manager to create a tailored menu that meets your individual requirements.  Our catering can also be used for large scale events at venues other than Addington Events Centre, although some conditions may apply.
